How to Export USD Configurations from one Organization to Other --Unified Service Desk (USD)



1.       Select “DataMigartionUtility” from CRM2015 SDK in ……..\SDK15\Tools\ConfigurationMigration folder and Double click on it.

2.       Select the radio button “Export Data” as shown in bellow and click on “Continue”.

3.       Enter your Credentials and  then click on Login.

4.       Select Organization if you have multiple organizations and click on Login.
Note: If you have only one Organization then it will connect directly to default Organization.

5.       You can see this Screen while Connecting.

6.       Select the USDSchema.xml file  and click on Save to data file.

7.       Select Documents and give the name as “USD Configurtions” and Click on Save

8.       Make sure that both Schema file and Save to data file are entered and Click on “Export Data”.


9.       You can see this screen while processing.

10.   After it is done Click on Exit. You can find USD Configurations.zip in Documents folder.
