How to configure USD in MS CRM 2015--Unified Service Desk (USD)

1.    Unified Service Desk (USD) Configuration

1.1.  Download USD Executables

1.       To configure USD a USD-Package-Deployer needs to be downloaded from the below URL.

Note: Please note that this is one time job and if the USD-Package-Deployer already downloaded and installed on CRM ignore below steps.



2.       Select CRM2015 USD both the packages called “Package Deployer.exe” and “Unified Service Desk-i386.exe”.

3.       Click on Next to save the Downloaded files into local drive.
4.       Go to Downloads and double Click on  ‘CRM2015 USD Package Deployer.exe’
5.       It will prompt for confirmation then click “Yes”.
6.       In below screen select the checkbox and click “continue”.
7.       Create a Folder to extract the files and Select the folder and click OK.
8.       Files will be extracted to the routed folder.

9.       Click on Continue.



10.   Enter the Server details and Credentials. Also check the checkbox “Display list of available organizations” and Click on “Login”.


11.   Select “Unified Service Desk-Base Package” and Click Next.


12.   Click Next.

13. Click Next.


14.   Click next

15.   Click Next.



16.   Click Finish.
